Apply for a change of vehicle (East Ayrshire Only)

This form should be used where there has been a change of vehicle, either permanent after the purchase of a new vehicle, or temporary where a courtesy vehicle has been issued whilst awaiting repairs to your main vehicle.

Applicants must allow 2 working days for a change of vehicle to apply to their existing virtual parking permit.

Please note a virtual parking permit cannot be transferred to another person, either temporarily or on a permanent basis. Any non-permit holders must submit their own individual application.
